The Liberty Memorial is part of the WW1 Museum and Memorial. It consists of a tower (217' high from the plaza / 268' above the green plaza below) honoring WW1 veterans. It is not handicapped assessable but does have an elevator most of the way to the top. When you exit the elevator, you have 45 steps up a narrow spiral staircase to reach the top.
